CONCLUSION .

At the same time, the country weaves in the studies hindering the consistent development of the machining industry a number of structural problems have been identified, in particular:

- First, despite the sufficient potential of the network, develop a high value - added finished product the absence of a coherent technological chain in the process therefore develop in the first half of 2017 Republican gross textile production its share in GDP was only 4.6 percent;

- Second, the management chain of the textile industry mi to the modern development trends of the network does not respond, which accumulates unresolved issues leading to thick shiga and its rapid modernization prevents it from being done;

- Third, national standards and textile products international laboratories for testing lots harmonization with standards and requirements dissatisfaction, as well as quality management modern ti the low level of introduction of wires is local to export products to major foreign markets, increase export potential and product quality and hinders confidence in security;

- Fourth, modern information communication to the network at the level of introduction of cation technologies structural analysis of problems and the textile industry to determine the perspective directions of ti development conditions are not created for;
